What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for unopened items in their original packaging, in new and unused condition. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we provide store credit valid for 3 months.

Do you offer a warranty on artificial plants?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on our artificial plants from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues, contact our team with photos or videos of the problem, and we will assess a resolution, which may include compensation, replacement, or a refund.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we offer shipping Australia wide. We use a range of delivery partners that include tracking numbers when dispatched from our Sydney warehouse so you know when your order will arrive!

Can I visit a showroom to see the plants in person?
