Returns Policy

At The Plant Factory, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our returns policy below for a smooth and transparent process:

Unopened, As New, In Box:

  • We accept returns for unopened items that are in new, unused condition and still in their original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact The Plant Factory team within 14 days of receiving your artificial plants. 
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of pickup or delivery. Please be aware that our pricing includes some of the delivery costs, and delivery fees may exceed $100.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued for eligible returns and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Returns for Faulty Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please provide photos or videos of the issue.
  • Contact The Plant Factory team to discuss options, including a refund, return, or compensation.

Re-stocking fee:

 All returns will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of the return item cost.

For example, if you return 2 faux plants with a total order value of $200, a re-stocking fee of $40 will be applicable which will be deducted from your refund value.

  • The Plant Factory reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and determine eligibility for a refund or store credit.
